Since 2014 Dr. Caroline Carlson, Dr. Karen V. Wynn and Mrs. JoAnne Lee, NBCT have been certified by NICWA to provide ICWA support and consultation services to Tribes, Tribal Representatives, families and other agencies or research genealogies. 

These AIEC staff and Board members can provide field services as a Qualified Expert Witness, conduct interviews, perform home qualification reports, assessments and ongoing home visits to your tribal youth who may be away from their reservation or community.

With offices in Arizona and California,  AIEC support is easily accessible.
